What are the Monthly Challenges?
At On-Form Equestrian we deliver Monthly Challenges that you can sign up to at the start of the month, all with horse and rider Strength and Conditioning goals. Each month we also add in a specific target for you to aim towards. All based around encouraging good form within your riding and horses way of going – delivered in a structured pattern to layer up yours and your horses Strength, fitness, form and muscular memory and endurance.
Whats included?
- Initial Consultation – Video analysis from Steph and Nic via Whatsapp
- Everyday Exercises – New habits
- 4 new exercises weekly. Alternating between horse and rider days – 16 challenges in total over month.
- Weekly check in with Steph and Nic via phone call/zoom/WhatsApp
- Member of the challenge online community
- End of challenge debrief
